Digital & Loyalty Project Manager to Finnkino and Odeon Cinemas Group

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Digital & Loyalty Project Manager to join Finnkino and Odeon Cinemas Group! About the role

As our Digital & Loyalty Project Manager, you will support or lead key strategic initiatives that drive our digital performance and strengthen guest engagement across our platforms. In this role, you’ll ensure the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of both territory initiatives and locally driven projects aligned with our business goals. You’ll also play a part in shaping the roadmap for digital experiences, loyalty strategies, and personalized guest communication throughout the customer journey.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Lead projects and support key initiatives and priorities within the Digital and Loyalty teams.
  • Manage or participate in projects and activities related to martech, customer loyalty, CRM and digital platforms.
  • Support the development and execution of the web and app roadmap and optimization of our Loyalty strategy and program, in collaboration with the Digital or Loyalty teams as well as other stakeholders
  • Contribute to digital sales growth by monitoring KPIs, performing high-level analysis, and supporting conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze key loyalty metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and conversion rates to drive member base growth and engagement.

You will join ODEON Cinemas Group Northern Europe, which includes some of the most well-known cinema brands in the Nordics: Finnkino (Finland), Filmstaden (Sweden), and Odeon Kino (Norway). You will be part of the Guest Engagement department and work closely with our Digital and Loyalty teams across the three markets, as well as other departments across the business. You will report to the Head of Guest Engagement, based in Stockholm.

This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our Support Office in Helsinki with the opportunity to work partially from home in accordance with our hybrid working model. Start date to be agreed upon.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Extensive project management experience in digital, loyalty, and martech contexts.
  • Solid background in digital development and sales, CRM and guest engagement.
  • Proven coordination skills within digital or loyalty roles, with an eye for both detail and the big picture.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams across functions and countries.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools (MA tools), and project management tools like Trello or Microsoft Planner.
  • Deep understanding of digital sales platforms and optimizing user journeys.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong presentation, visualization, and storytelling abilities.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus but not a requirement

You’re a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. With proven stakeholder management skills, you know how to build strong relationships and ensure alignment – essential qualities for a role where communication and collaboration are key.
